Pulmonary regurgitation
PR grading integrates colour Doppler, CW Doppler, ED-Doppler pressure estimates, RV response, and clinical context.

Simple approach
Enter the integrated PR grade, then add PR end-diastolic velocity and pressure if the CW signal is reliable. RA pressure plus PR end-diastolic gradient estimates PAEDP.
Detailed tutorial
Pulmonary regurgitation is often graded by an integrated visual and Doppler impression. Severe PR usually needs RV context: dilatation, systolic function, septal motion, and prior surgery or catheter intervention.
ED-Doppler can support pulmonary pressure assessment. It should not override the images when the Doppler envelope is incomplete or poorly aligned.
